Have you ever hit a point where life just feels too heavy?
We all face challenges—stress at work, changes we didn’t see coming, relationship struggles, or even loss. Sometimes those things push us to grow, but other times they leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward. When that happens, it can show up as anxiety, depression, or even pulling away from the people we care about most.
I get it, because I’ve been there too. I’ve gone through my own seasons of anxiety and depression. What made the difference for me was realizing how much my thoughts and beliefs were shaping the way I felt day to day. By challenging the old patterns that kept me stuck and learning new ways to approach problems, I started to feel more in control again—not overnight, but step by step.
That’s why this work is meaningful to me. Therapy isn’t about being “broken” or weak—it’s about getting the right tools and perspective to handle life when it throws hard things your way. If you’ve been feeling weighed down or stuck, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
I support adolescents, adults, and mature adults 65+

Have you ever felt alone, disconnected or abandoned?
I’ve had many of those moments too. My childhood years were shaped by my parents’ severe mental illness. We needed the support of a caring community of family and friends to help us walk through many difficult times.
Our mental wellness ebbs and flows throughout our lives as we navigate different challenges, losses and victories. Some life chapters are difficult to travel through, but in every season there can be moments of beauty and joy.
Growing up amidst parental mental illness came with a lot of challenges but it also gave me compassion, inspiration, understanding and a relentless resilience. These are the qualities that I bring to my practice, giving clients space to be heard and sharing with them the tools to move forward.
I have studied psychology and human behavior for much of my adult life. It has helped me navigate this world and provided me with the opportunity to help others.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO. I work with adults of all ages, using a multimodal approach to the individuals I am blessed to support.

Feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward? Maybe you’re feeling misunderstood, like no one really gets what you’re going through. Or maybe you just feel out of place and wonder if things will ever change. I’ve been there too, and I want you to know—you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Growing up in Barrie, I watched people I cared about struggle with life and mental health. When they finally connected with a counselor or psychotherapist, I saw how much it helped. Having someone really listen, without judgment, gave them the support they needed to find a way forward. That made a huge impact on me.
I became a therapist to be that person for others—to be the one who believes in you, even when it feels like no one else does. Whether you feel like you’ve got a lot to lose or nothing left to lose, I believe there is hope, and I am here to help you along the way.
I work with young people who feel out of control in their relationships, who are struggling with anger, substance use, or unhealthy coping habits like internet addiction. I also work with teens who feel invisible, disconnected, or unsure where they fit in, and with young adults navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression, or major life changes.
If you’re feeling isolated in your struggle, I’ll meet you right where you are. Together, we’ll sort through what’s weighing you down and build practical tools and strategies to help you move forward, one step at a time. My goal is to give you a space where you feel heard, supported, and never alone in the process.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I draw from a wide range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour (REBT), Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Strength-Based and other evidence-based practices.
I support adolescents 14+ and adults who are seeking help.

If you are reading this, you are likely seeking support for yourself or a loved one. You are not alone. Like many others, I have struggled with depression, anxiety, and trauma. As a teenager and young adult, I was fortunate to have access to therapists who changed my life with their knowledge and compassion. I was inspired to earn a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, which I attained from McGill University in Montreal. Now I strive to help others using my education in psychology, my personal experiences, and more than 10 years of experience working and training in the mental health field.
I believe that everyone is complex, worthy, and resilient. With this in mind, I help teens and adults navigate life’s challenges. I offer a caring and non-judgemental space where you are welcome to show up just as you are. Together we will seek to understand your unique personal story with curiosity and empathy.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in the same patterns, or finding it hard to connect with yourself or others, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself.
Many people come to therapy unsure of where to begin, only knowing that something needs to shift. I offer a warm, grounded space where we can explore what’s feeling heavy, confusing, or disconnected in your life.
I practice relational, body-based therapy rooted in the Gestalt tradition, which means I’m not here to “fix” you—but to be with you in your experience, to witness it, and to help you make sense of it with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll explore how you relate to your emotions, your body, your relationships, and the world around you. That exploration can open the door to clarity, choice, and change.
This approach draws from Gestalt therapy, incorporating body awareness, creativity, and present-moment experiences to help you better understand how you relate to the world around you. You won’t be given quick fixes—but you will be supported in making meaningful, lasting shifts. Sessions may include talking, reflection, and movement, all at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with individuals 14 and older navigating grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, identity questions, life transitions, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I have experience supporting 2SLGBTQ+ individuals, caregivers, people affected by addiction or incarceration, and those living with or caring for someone with illness.

Have you ever had low-self esteem, shy or stuck?
I was there before. I had low self-esteem and shyness. I didn’t think I was a good person and had a sense of shame. What happened to me was a spiritual journey. I had to be authentic about who I am before my peers, myself, and my God. What I found instead of rejection was warmth, acceptance, and forgiveness. I found freedom.
This freedom allowed me to travel the world, meet amazing people and find my passion. For the last 11 years, I’ve spent my time mentoring people and teaching. I get most excited when seeing another person turn their lives around and begin living full lives. Unfortunately, I hit some hurdles. I’ve met some friends with deeper issues than I knew how to deal with. They struggled with anxiety, depression, alcohol dependence. That is when I decided to pursue a Masters in Counselling Psychology.
I’m a member of the Association of Registered Psychotherapists & Mental Health Professionals (OACCPP) and a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists Ontario (CRPO).

Each time you feel let down, disappointed, discouraged or despondent it’s not permanent. There’s another breath of air where you can exhale that feeling, shake out your body and know that you have another chance to heal, to grow and to transform.
We all want to be well, to express our unique and beautiful versions of ourselves. However, hidden feelings of shame, guilt, or fear can take route and derail us from who we want to be. When we bring those thoughts and emotions to light in a safe space, it creates an opportunity to grow, heal and move forward.
Through my own life I have had struggles. I utilize my own process of healing to empathize and truly recognize the difficulty in moving onward through stress, pain, loss, or change. It is this attunement that truly resonates for my clients - to be fully seen, fully understood, and to be deeply heard.
If you are feeling stuck, I’m here to help. I honour who you are and I’ll meet you where you are at. My job is not to judge you, instead I will encourage and support you to be your whole self.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I draw from Person-Centered, Strengths-Based, Attachment, and Psychodynamic theories in my practice.
I support adolescents 14+, adults, and mature adults 65+

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we imagined it would. If you’re navigating something painful—whether that’s the heartbreak of infertility or pregnancy loss, grieving the loss of a loved one, or feeling stuck in a difficult relationship with your body—you don’t have to face it alone.
Like many of the women I work with, I know what it feels like to struggle. As a teen and young woman, I spent years battling a mental health disorder. With the guidance of a caring therapist, I found the support, compassion, and tools I needed to heal and eventually thrive. That experience is what inspired me to walk alongside others in their hardest seasons.
After a decade of work in mental health, I’ve developed an approach that is gentle, collaborative, and always centered on your pace. Together, we’ll create a flexible plan that feels safe and manageable, drawing from therapeutic approaches that fit who you are and what you’re ready for.
I believe everyone deserves to feel whole, supported, and hopeful about the future. In our sessions, you’ll have a space to be heard without judgment, to explore your thoughts and emotions, and to begin practicing new ways of coping that help you move toward healing.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I draw from a wide range of modalities such as person-centered, trauma-informed, emotionally focused, attachment-based therapy. I blend CBT, DBT, ACT and other modalities to support my clients.
I support adolescents 14+ and adults who are seeking help.
